PAN-FRIED FILLET

Intro: A quick, healthy, and flavorful dish that pairs beautifully with salads, rice, or your favorite side. Simple, delicious, and undeniably fresh!

Steps:

  1. Prepare fillet: Wash the fillet well.
  2. Season: Marinate the washed fillets to enrich them with flavor.
  3. Fry: Heat the pan and fry the fillets on moist hot pan at a low flame until golden brown and juicy.
  4. Make sauce: Make tarter sauce using mayonnaise ,avocado ,finely chopped onions and lemon juice.
  5. Steaming : Cook the diced carrots together with cauliflower, garlic ,salt and onions for a few minutes
  6. Serve: Place the pan-fried fillets on a plate of steamed vegetables and salads with 2 lemon wedges

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1tablespoon of white pepper
  • 1tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 long pc of carrot
  • 150g of cauliflower
  • 5g of chipped fresh dhania leaves.
