PAN-FRIED FILLET

Steps:
- Prepare fillet: Wash the fillet well.
- Season: Marinate the washed fillets to enrich them with flavor.
- Fry: Heat the pan and fry the fillets on moist hot pan at a low flame until golden brown and juicy.
- Make sauce: Make tarter sauce using mayonnaise ,avocado ,finely chopped onions and lemon juice.
- Steaming : Cook the diced carrots together with cauliflower, garlic ,salt and onions for a few minutes
- Serve: Place the pan-fried fillets on a plate of steamed vegetables and salads with 2 lemon wedges
