STIR FRY FISH

Introduction: It's typically combined with vegetables, garlic, ginger, and soy-based sauces, resulting in a light, savory meal with a slightly crisp texture and bold, aromatic flavors.

Steps:

Prepare the fish    

  1. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pan 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the fish pieces to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Add the carrots to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.
  6. Add the sliced bell pepper to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until all vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Return fish: Add the cooked fish back into the in pan and stir to combine with the vegetables..

Serve:

Transfer the fish stir-fry to a serving platter, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.

  • 1 onion, sliced-
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups of carrots
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions
