BREADCRUMBED FISH FINGERS

Bread crumbed fish fingers are made from tender strips of fresh fish, coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and fried to perfection. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or main dish for both kids and adults.

Steps:

  1. Prepare the fillet: Cut long fillets in to finger like structures.
  2. Seasoning: Marinate the fingers in mixed spices to get good taste.
  3. Dust: Place the fingers in wheat flour.
  4. Mould: Rub the dusted fingers between the fingers to have round looking fish fingers.
  5. Whisk eggs: Wet the fingers with the whisked eggs .
  6. Bread Crumbing: Deep the fingers in breadcrumbs.
  7. Frying: Heat the oil, then deep fry until golden brown.
  8. Serve: Place the golden fried fingers on a plate of chips. Serve immediately with 2 lemon wedges and kachumbali salads.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 10g grated onions
  • 50g of breadcrumbs
  • 2 whisked eggs
  • 100g of wheat flour
  • 2 fresh lemon wedges for serving.
