BREADCRUMBED FISH FINGERS
Bread crumbed fish fingers are made from tender strips of fresh fish, coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and fried to perfection. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or main dish for both kids and adults.
Steps:
- Prepare the fillet: Cut long fillets in to finger like structures.
 - Seasoning: Marinate the fingers in mixed spices to get good taste.
 - Dust: Place the fingers in wheat flour.
 - Mould: Rub the dusted fingers between the fingers to have round looking fish fingers.
 - Whisk eggs: Wet the fingers with the whisked eggs .
 - Bread Crumbing: Deep the fingers in breadcrumbs. 
 - Frying: Heat the oil, then deep fry until golden brown.
 - Serve: Place the golden fried fingers on a plate of chips. Serve immediately with 2 lemon wedges and kachumbali salads.
