Deep Fried Whole Fish with Gravy

  1. Clean and Cut the fish into two pieces then pre heat oil and deep fry until  the fish is hard and dry then set it aside.
  2. Put oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, green pepper and carrots then fry together till they are soft and add tomatoes and fry until the vegetables form a paste then add the eggplant for about 7 minutes.
  3. Then get the paste and pour it on the already deep fried fish and serve with food of your choice.
  4. Serve with a choice of chapati, rice, or potatoes.



1-2 Whole Tilapia
2 cloves of Garlic
1 big Onion
1 small Green pepper
1 small Carrot
3 Tomatoes
2 Eggplants
1 small cup of Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of Curry powder
½ spoon of Turmeric
