JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE
Reports to: Area Sales Lead
Department: Sales
Grade: Grade M1

Job Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for creating, implementing sales strategy, identify new markets, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Key Duties:
- Creating and implementing sales strategy and identifying new markets.
- Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining client database and mail lists.
- Identifying sales opportunities in key outlets.
- Generating cycle activity reports (daily, weekly & monthly).
- Executing any other duties as may be assigned by the line Supervisor.
Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in FMCG Sales.
- Strong sales drive, resilience, go-getter
- Strong Customer management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and competence in MS office.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Must be willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required.
- Be able to work in a multicultural environment.
- The work will involve constant movements to different locations within assigned territory.
